www.jhatakameat.com is a multivendor portal. Once order is placed and payment is made, you will be sent a confirmation email and the respective vendor whose product you have chosen to buy will start processing the order.
The Vendor will choose a pre-decided local delivery service depending upon the location to ship the product to the respective buyers address.
All efforts will be made to initiate the process of delivery of the product within 30 minutes of successful order placement. The buyer will be intimated of the delivery details via email which will have the required details of the shipping, invoice number, order details, etc. as provided by the vendor and the delivery partner. The buyer may be asked to verify the identity before delivering the product in the hands of the buyer.
In case of unavailability of the buyer while delivery of product, reattempts will be made as per the policy of the delivery partner or may be returned to the vendor. In case of return, the vendor may initiate the process of order cancellation after adjusting the delivery / return charges incurred while trying to deliver the product.
It will be the responsibility of the buyer to thoroughly check the product before accepting it from the delivery agent.
No Disputes will be entertained, whatsoever, either by the vendor or www.jhatakameat.com once you accept the product.
You shall accept the product without any conditions if the product delivered is in accordance to what the vendor had promised on the website when you placed the order.
There is a possibility we may not be able to deliver the product to certain geography due to some situations in which case we may cancel the order and accordingly full refund may be made. The buyer will be intimated of the same via email.
Return: Our website will not entertain any dispute arising out of returns and no compensation shall be made whatsoever once the buyer accepts the product while shipping of the same. We do not offer exchange or return of products sold on the website.
